Refund policy

We want to ensure you are delighted with your new box wine! While the courier network takes all care to get wine delivered to you in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@musewine.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In the very unlikely event that there is any quality issues with your wine, please contact sam@musewine.co.nz in the first instance so we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
