Shipping policy

When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed within 1 -2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

What does shipping cost?

All New Zealand orders over $100 will have shipping included. Orders under $100 are $5 per box of wine to send. For international shipping rates and special orders, please get in touch with us via the contact form or by emailing hello@musewine.co.nz.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 - 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@musewine.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note we cannot send wine to PO boxes
